B: Sleeve: shoulder seam to cuff.
C: Length: shoulder to hem.

Body · measured around

1: Bust: around the fullest part.

4: Height: head to floor, barefoot.

Bust and skirt waist are full garment circumferences; the waist is measured relaxed. Top length is measured to the front hem of the top. Skirt length is measured from the top of the waistband to the front hem. The dress illustration is a general guide.
